How do you guys know how many students were accepted to each school?

my school have a chart for each year for every college the students applied to.
it was called like "the dreaded book of depressing charts"
for each college it has a chart of all the students that applied's GPA and SAT score and have different color for whether or not they got accepted

Oh, thanks!
