I am thinking of taking this online course and I was wondering how the grad school will view this. Will they have a good impression or would they disregard it since its an online class.

Is it a normal college course that just happens to be offered in online format instead of in a classroom? Then there shouldn’t be any problem at all. In fact, there wouldn’t be any way for them to know it is online instead of live.
