How do I calculate writing scores on the Princeton Review book's practice tests?

On practice test # 2, I got a 68/80 writing sub-score paired with a 5-essay. I have no idea how to combine the scores on a 200-800 scale. Help me out if you can, please.

you multiply your essay score out of 12 by 2, so the max you can get for the essay is 24. You add that to your MC raw score to calculate your scaled score, which is out of 73.

Okay, thanks a LOT! I got a 720. :D
