I’m 19 years old and I had to drop out of high school due to medical and personal reasons. I have passed all of my GED tests and in a year wish to start college when I move. I want to go to a University but I don’t now the best way to get in with a GED instead of a high school diploma.
Many colleges accept GED students. Simply check their websites. You’ll need to prepare your other items though- - SAT or ACT and to get your HS transcripts ready to be sent to your target schools. Good luck to you
I don’t know of any colleges or universities that refuse to admit applicants who have a GED, but perhaps there are some. If you cannot find the information you need on the college/university website, contact the admissions office and ask. The people there will tell you exactly what you need to do.
