How do I improve my Critical Reading and Writing scores to 750+?

I have been doing practice for the SAT, and I have done two practice tests from the Blue Book so far. My math score has been perfect, but my CR and Writing are both in the high 600s. What books should i get, and what strategies should I use to improve on them?

How do you beat 99% of all test takers? That is a tall task. Many will try, only a few will get there.

I know I am able to do it, but I don’t know how to do it. Anyone that is reasonably smart is capable of getting 2300+.

Do lots and lots of practice tests. That was the main way that I improved my scores.
