I got a 25 for my first time without studying, how can I improve that into something above 30. I've got the red book and will start reading it religiously but are there any other helpful options to go along with the red book? My full score was
English-21
Math-24
Reading-29
Science-26

Your reading and science score tells me you are smart. You are able to read and store knowledge quickly.

IMO, buy the Barron’s ACT book and study your brains out. Good Luck. I raised mine from a 21 to a 29.

me and stevped always locking horns :)

i improved from a 24 in december to a 32 in april by using just the red book and a couple extra real practice tests. you have to really get to know the test and learn what kinds of questions to expect.

You should probably work the Red book until it is useless to you. (Which means all practice tests while constantly going over your mistakes) Then you should get either Barron’s (to make the real test a lot easier) or PR (to emulate more real tests) and work through those. Repetition works well with scoring higher on this test. Good luck.

i have the red book … where might i find some more real practice tests??

Alright thank you guys. I hope to be in the 30+ club before summer ends lol.
