How do I Improve on the Critical Reading and Writting Section?

Hi guys, I'm going to take the SAT during next school year. I'm really good at math but pretty bad at the Critical Reading and the Writting section (especially Critical Reading). I only got this summer to study for it, how should I study for it? Any suggestions? Also which review book should I use?
Thanks!

I would read this first and foremost: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/955109-silverturtles-guide-sat-admissions-success.html.

@ OP

Studying for it is one thing, but what I found the most critical method of improving my score was simply my mentality. Obviously you will have studied beforehand (I recommend the collegeboard blue book), but not letting a tricky problem get to you or even telling yourself that you can reason through it is crucial.

CR: study vocab and pretend you love every passage you read. While your reading the CR passage visualize a movie running in your head, trust me it helps. If you do these 3 things, your pretty much guaranteed 650+ probably 700+. (I got a 760, but before prep I was about 550)

Writing: very easy to prep for MC; just do a lot of practice questions. Essay is a joke, just follow some online guide. (silverturtle’s guide is perfect for the essay) Do these things your guaranteed 700+, even if your dumb as a rock.
