<p>Hi, I am a rising junior wanting to increase their chances to get into a good out-of-state school. I get good grades and hopefully I get above average test scores, what I was wondering was what to do during the summer to increase my chances....I am already doing a medical internship and soon-to-be Red Cross volunteer...anything else I could be doing during the summer? I know I could be doing more......I just don't know exactly what...</p>
<p>do whatever it is you’re passionate about, colleges can usually tell whose doingg what they like to do because they’re an interesting person, and who is simply looking to “increase” their chances.</p>
<p>Well of course I wouldn’t be doing it to increase my chances solely…that’s not the point…I’m looking for positive experiences…Does anyone know anything good to try for a career in medicine?</p>
