How do I send a 'signed letter' for financial aid?

I just checked my financial aid check list since I submitted it pretty late, like the day before(I didn't know financial aid was due the same day as the application for ED) and I saw that they require my W2's, even though I didn't have to file. How do I send this signed letter to them? And what do I even say in it?

I don't even know if they'll accept it now though, cuz its past the due date and my dad also forgot to electronically submit the employer issued forms and they weren't signed or something. -_____-

I had similar problems. For the W2 forms, I simply had it printed out, signed by my parents, then scanned as a jpg. For my own “tax return” information (which I don’t have), I filed a “Student Non-filing Statement 2011 Tax Year,” which you can find on the Cornell FA website.

Glad I’m not the only one who had this problem. I mean, they didn’t even state I needed that stuff on the Financial Aid page. Why does this have to be so difficult? -_-
