<p>Hi,
I'm sending my teacher evaluation by mail. I want to get it typed so that illegible handwriting isn't a concern. So, if my teacher fills it up on her computer and prints it out, how can I waive my right and sign without seeing the rest of the finished evaluation? Would it be OK, if I asked my teacher to just print my name in the 'To the Applicant' part in lieu of my hand written signature? Would admission officers be mad?</p>
<p>If a teacher is submitting by mail, go to the School Forms section of your account and print the Teacher Evaluation form you find there. It will prepopulate with data you have already entered in your application. Sign it, and then give it to your teacher, who can complete it and attach it to a copy of his/her recommendation.</p>
