There is no button on the webadvisor that says anything about submitting an SIR or deniying their admission...
And they just sent me a letter thanking me for "choosing to join the chapman community" which I didnt...I lalready commited to UCSD

I received that letter as well…
I called the admissions office and they cancelled the application for me

Hello,

The letter that is in question goes out to admitted students in an effort to provide more information for students as they make their final decision. If a student has already deposited elsewhere, but not canceled their file with Chapman, they could still receive this letter. If you would like to cancel your admission with Chapman, please contact your admission counselor by phone or email. If you do not know who your counselor is, or would like to call our front office, that is fine as well.

Remember, cancellation of your file is not reversible. Students who don’t deposit by the deadline are subject to automatic cancellation. Admission decisions don’t carry on to future terms, so if you decide later on that in fact you do want to attend Chapman University, you will have to begin the application process once more.

Best of wishes to everyone as you make your final decisions! I know this can feel very stressful. Please let us know if there is any way we can help.
