How do repeated courses in undergrad impact the overall application and the LSAC GPA?

Hey!
I’m an undergrad student in BC, Canada, however I am originally from a different country - so basically and international student here. I am interested in applying to T14 law schools in the States.
My first year and a half at university were severely impacted by my financial condition and health issues (I suffer from a genetic condition, attacks would be painful and cause weakness). I mostly got Cs and Ds. However, after going on academic probation and figuring out my financial situation, I started taking courses that I was interested in and I’ve maintained a GPA between 3.5 - 3.7 every since.
After repeating the 3 Ds and 1 F on my transcript (they are now A-, A+, B+, B+) I will hopefully be graduating with a 3.7 CGPA. Two questions:
How will my repeated courses impact by LSAC GPA? Could my 3.7 (after taking original grades) even convert to like a 3.0?

How will this impact my chances?
I do recognize that the LSAT plays an extremely significant role in this process, however I’m wondering if I have any shot at the top fourteen law schools considering my official transcript has my original grades and my new grades.

It depends. If the original courses show up on your transcript, LSAC will count them and average them into its formulation of your undergrad GPA.

OTOH, some colleges eliminate the first course from the transcript when a course is repeated. It that case, LSAC will never see it and it will not be used.
