How do you accurately convert IB grade into GPA?

I am currently in an IB school and planning on applying to school in US. and quite sadly I know they dont quite look at the IB grades in the same way the European schools do. But I wanted to know how the Universities look at my 11th & 12th grade IB grade and measure my GPA.

Schools look at the subjects you take in the IBDP and your predicted IB grade given by your teachers. They also have a record on how accurate your school is in the prediction. Schools also look at your SAT scores.

yes ofcourse, and I had previous knowledge of that. However how do you convert those grades into GPA? and also do they still look at the 11th grade score? or do they only look at the 12th grade predict score?
