How do you deal with this?

<p>So every day I come home from school and I am just so tired that I fall asleep and next thing i know it's 6 in the morning and I have to get ready for school. I ended up not getting to study and failing tests the next day, and barely doing hw during advisory and 1st period. Anybody know ways to deal with this? I can't take naps, I just sleep through alarms and my parents are as$holes and don't wake me up when I tell them to. It sucks, please help :[</p>

<p>lol, I have the exact same problem. A lot of times I sleep when I go home until around 11-12 and just stay awake the whole night. I'm a nocturnal person.</p>

<p>haha, that was my freshman year. You can try a) sleeping 20 or so hours a night on weekends, to catch up. b) keep yourself from falling asleep and work through the pain or c) do what cookie did and switch your sleeping to the beginning of the evening and just stay awake through the night</p>
