i know but u were thinking about the mean girls so i thought i better explain the story

^hehe. Under the best circumstances a hard training natural male athlete can gain .5 lbs of dry muscle a week. Now realise for a female it will not be close to that because of hormonal factors. For every lb of muscle you gain, expect about 2/5 lb of glycogen storage and about the same mass of extra water storage. Also, for every lb of muscle you can you gain about the same amt. of fat. See what I am getting at?

Eat a nice ripe avocado instead of butter... it tastes much better! :]

I heard drinking soda causes you to gain weight/get fatter. (One of the two. Or both.) You could try eating a lot of chips/cookies/Twinkies/candy/crap too, I guess.

I can't believe I'm actually telling someone to eat junk food.

lipo-addition

Eat white bread, pasta with white sauce, mashed potatoes and white rice.

Makes you gain weight like crazy.

i wish i had your metabolism...

I used to be 15 BMI skinny (I think it was actually 16), but then I gained 30 pounds in 9th grade. I don't remember how, sorry :)

get a tub of frosting and eat it.
everyday.

^^ But eventually, she'll get sick of eating it. If I had mor than 2 spoons of frosting I woud def get sick of it.

lol im 5"8 and a guy.
and i weigh like 90 pounds.

^ Damn you must be a skeleton or something.

some people tell me that too.

i basically
look like a guy out of an anime series.

^Wow, that's pretty thin.

I'm 5'7" and 125 pounds, and I know I'm skinny as hell.

@Ostonzi: damn. o_o
@ajwchin: That's like my ultimate weight goal right now. You're my height and the weight I want to be!! :0

But the bright side is I just need to gain around 8 lbs to be in the "normal/healthy" BMI range :P albeit the very min. weight

I have the same problem (if you call it problem). I'm 98 pounds and 5'2. I don't what work but I can tell you what does not work. Eating sugars does not help. I should know because I eat junk food like crazy (jamaican patties, chocolate chip muffins, etc.) and I just can't gain one pound. I have a fast metabolism and nothing I do helps so I just decided to embrace it. It just runs in the family. My mom was even skinnier than me but then she had 2 kids now she's average weight (about 115).

^ idk, it doesn't sound as big a problem for you. i'm 5 inches taller than you but weight 5 lbs less. :/

jamesford that makes me laugh so hard lol... i cant stop laughing

Well maybe not as big as a problem as it is for you but I'm still considered underweight and was told by my doctor that I need to gain at least 10 pounds. But look on the bright side. With your height and weight you can always go into modeling if you chose to do so.
