^kind of, considering that there are about 1600 people in my entire school, 400 of whom are freshies.
I only need 5% of the school to be interested to raise the money i need. That’s not too much to ask eh??

That’s also not even counting in the money you’re going to spend on prizes. Unless you’re going to use your own money for the prizes.

You’d be surprised at how many people are not interested in attending things. Just speaking from my experiences though.

Idk we have alot of asians in my school so…:)

And the prizes won’t be a problem :)

And LaTina, you’ve been answering my posts quite a few times haha in other threads too thanks!

asians? they must love gaming… how about SC II tourney or something? that would be a hit

I mean then that would ONLY attract indians lol which is also not a good thing

Ill talk it over with the members of the club at the start of the school year.

I got it guys! How about a coffee fundraiser? Ill call the Java Joe’s Roasting Company and get the order forms. Apparently coffee fundraisers have proven successful, leading to THOUSANDS of dollars, especially if you’re selling coffee to teens nowadays.

What’d you guys think?

bump

I need opinions before i present these ideas to my club advisor/club members

I just need a quick response. BUMP!

Battle of the Bands!

What about coffee fundraiser?

I don’t have guitar hero equipment

No, I mean you hold an actual battle of the bands. Have student bands (there’s bound to be plenty, if your school is anything like mine) give an entry fee, have local music stores sponsor it, assemble a judging panel, etc.

^no trust me my school would never fall for that. We just don’t have bands like that. Our school is too “cool” for that.

bumpppppppppppppp
