I cry. Sometimes I dance. Either ballet or club dancing. Sometimes dance causes stress though. I'm in Ski Club and it's nice to just do nothing for 6 hours in Indiana once a week. I do things systematically, like make lists, or get album covers and song info for my iTunes songs. I stare at Latin and try to remember what words mean (I stopped taking Latin 2 years ago and its one of my big regrets. I hate French).

I think sleep is the best though. I get into my bed and its grand. I like reading to relieve stress, but sometimes I don't have time for that. I can do it at the beginning of the school year and doing breaks.

We live in a rural area, so if I'm really stressed I'll take out my 9mm and my dad's 12 gauge. I'll go out in the pasture and set up some targets or have my friend throw rocks, pop cans, or other flyable things into the air and shoot them. It's pretty fun.

I'll also get on our 4 wheelers and do donuts, burnouts, other dangerous things on them. That's pretty fun too.

I also lift weights for football and I have a conditioning class, that's a good way to relieve stress. Nothing beats a good workout.

Usually music helps. Long walks, complaining, going on forums like this, writing, reading, stress ball, counselor, therapist, lots of stuff really.

Stress? I'll usually read a book or a magazine. If that fails, then I generally jump on the threadmill for a little while, till I feel energized and ready to battle with life/school troubles again.

When I get stressed, I crash and I fall asleep.

So basically, I sleep. It's a double-edged sword, though, because then I have to catch up with stuff I didn't do while I was sleeping, but I got some relief. :)
