how do you join campuswide honors program??

but if we weren't selected can we join?
what are the benefits of being in the program?</p>

<p>i dont know the benefits for joining the honors program but if you were not invited by the school, they will re-evaluate ppl after the first quarter at UCI and if you have a 3.5 GPA or above they will invite you into the program.</p>

<p>if u get smaller classes with other honors pple wont u hav a harder time getting a good gpa since your gpa is based on a curve? or do i hav this all wrong?</p>

<p>Honors Chemistry has a disproportionate amount of A's and B's. (about 30-40% at least)</p>

<p>Honors Humanities Core is an entirely different story.</p>

<p>Would CHP be recommended for Humanities/Social Science majors? So far it looks like its geared toward science majors.</p>

<p>you have to take science core if you are a non science major.</p>

<p>but you have to take a science class anyway for breadth.</p>

<p>it's an overview of one of the sciences.</p>
