How do you reject Binghamton?

<p>I'm not sure how to go about declining admission to Binghamton...</p>

<p>I don't think taking the initiative and writing an email is really my preference because it feels too personal. Is there a particular procedure to decline? What I've found so far is only a way to reject government loans. Anyone? Thanks. :)</p>
