How do you tell them you won't be attending?

<p>I'm going to USC so I won't be going to OU. How do you tell them you won't be attending? they haven't provided me any info on that and they think I'll be attending for some odd reason (I said "maybe" to the scholarship info)</p>

<p>BTW is there a waitlist @ OU? If there isn't i dont have to hurry to tell them about it, at least...</p>

<p>I just sent them a letter saying I'll be attending somewhere else. I don't think they had a form, I just wrote a letter, printed it out and sent it.</p>
