How does a "Withdrawal" from a community college class look on college apps?

So the class average for the precalculus course I'm in at this community college is 67%. I had a 72% before the test I took today and I know I failed it. The class is just ridiculously hard and the teacher is unfair: no curves, no calculators at all, no telling us what's going to be on the test, he has a horrible foreign accent that no one can understand, and what he does test doesn't correspond to the textbook hw.

No one has an A in the class, out of 40 people (there were around 60 students originally but 20 dropped after the first test)

Next week is the last week of class..which has a final worth 40% of our grade. I know I'm not going to end with a B even if I do well on it...I want to drop the class. How will this look to colleges? I already got 5 B's this past year (junior year)

I HAVE to drop it cause I don't want a C in this class...but that's what Ill get if i dont drop.

Frankly I'm not sure. A withdrawal could mean you had to stop taking the course for a number of reasons, however, if there is not indication from you as to what that is, it may be a slight red flag.

I would definitely withdraw if there is a more that probable chance that you will fail. A failing grade on a community college transcript will compromise it completely.

I had to withdraw a course because i couldn't afford the textbook. They said material fees would be very cheap, but I couldn't afford it. Where will i be able to address the fact the reason why I had to withdraw from a community college class?

You see, I think if you have a withdrawal on your transcript, I believe it just shows up as a "W" or something similar. However not all schools' transcripts are the same. If you are really that worried about it, I would ask the registrar.
