How does being an international applicant (US college) affect transfers?

I’m curious if anyone has any experiences. From undergrad application experiences were rather sobering, so I’m wondering what to expect this time round.

I’m a pretty competitive candidate in my opinion, but I just wonder how the whole “international student from asian” thing plays out. I have a 3.8+ GPA from a top 10 LAC, 2350 for SATs. Very good recs. Do I have a solid shot for Harvard, Yale, Columbia etc?

Those places admit so few transfers, that the situation is not predictable - even for US candidates. Sorry.
