How does class rank affect my chances?

Hey! I’ve posted here before, so if you’d like to see my credentials you can click some stuff and see.

Since my last post in August-ish, I’ve learned that I’m ranked 2/307 students, that I’m a national merit commended student (not nearly a good enough test taker for semifinalist), and that I’m a drama officer and yearbook editor (the latter was more of a forced thing haha).

Uhh yeah so I guess I’m your average “good student.” 34 ACT, 100.5 W GPA, orchestra/drama/writing stuff, some awards, etc. I’m just wondering how all these factor into my chances for some schools?

I’m applying to Yale EA, Columbia, UPenn. I know these are reaches for everyone.
BU (Trustee scholar?)
Brandeis
Northeastern
NYU
Hofstra
Maybe Georgetown
Maybe Macaulay Honors college

Thank you!!!

Bump!

Intended majors are international relations and English.

Also considering applying to Tufts, Princeton, and UChicago.

Hofstra is a definite, hopefully naviance and CC can help you with the rest, your stats look great!

@manykids2000 thanks!
