You're doing a lot. Have fun with college apps...

Why preAP art III? Does that mean you can't take the AP exam?

I'd seriously lessen the load. I know that people browsing this forum LOVEEEE to show their 10+ aps and incredible load of activities, but seriously, it's insane. TRY to make some time for yourself... or at least for the apps.

I took 5 APs my junior year and along with ECs I really didn't have much free time. I'm only taking 2 (+1 self study) as a senior, with an internship/abbreviated schedule.

So I ask... what's the point of you showing this to us? Comments like mine?

I was actually hoping to get feedback from people who have had similar schedules...but from the responses I'm getting there are some sad, jealous losers out there. I took 4 ap classes last year and it was a breeze, these classes look even easier except for physics C. I'm not trying to brag, it's just most of our ap teachers are lax at my school, so chill.

And I took regular art I last year and the teacher recommended I do art III for fun, it's a pretty laid back class.

i took 5 APs my junior year (math, science, english, history, french literature) .im taking 5 more APs senior year. your AP load looks pretty easy to me--econ, stats, and english are really easy. you'll be fine. physics c will be your only tough class.
im actually taking a few of the same classes (econ, english, calc bc, physics c)

Yeahhhhh I'm real jealous.
I'm balancing AP Chem, AP Lit, self studied ap Psych and an internship at NIH that lasts until around 6 or so every day.

I'm very jealous.

If you're not trying to brag, please don't call posters "sad, jealous losers." Okay? Good.

If you had asked from the outset that you wanted feedback from those with similar schedules, maybe the response would be better.

I don't know about you... but:
"And I'll be running about 70 miles/week in the fall and spring, probably not quite as much during the winter.

Is this sweet or what?"

and

"feedback from people who have had similar schedules"
are two REALLY different things!

For reference, I took AP Calc BC, AP Stats, AP Bio, AP English Language, and AP World this year. Doubling up on the math was no big deal. Calc is much more theoretical and you'll probobly spend most of your time a) figuring it out or b) doing the hw. Stats... you don't even need to do the homework everynight to understand it. I had a really bad teacher and didn't prepare much for the exam but still managed a 5 this year... so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Can you elaborate on "preAP art III" please?

"I'm getting there are some sad, jealous losers out there"
That is quite insulting......
I took 7 APs in my sophmore year and 3 in my freshman year, and recieved almost all 5s on the exams, and I am a sad, JEALOUS looser? Regarless, I think that taking that many APs is a waste of time, and IT IS!

Hahahaha. I read this board for entertainment just as much as for information now. Thanks to everyone who's still out there offering valuable advice and help for those of us who'd like to get into college.

And thank you jimbob1225, that is what I said in my 2nd post, about it not being that difficult of a load. I seemed to stir up a flurry of angry responses; I guess what I said is painfully close to the truth for some.

dude as i said in my previous post, you're a dick, but i see the point of your question. anyway, it's better that you act this way on a forum and hopefully not in real life :D

Corroborator, you are by far, the biggest joke and a failure at life that I have seen in quite a while. With your rudeness and simple inability to communicate on the most primitive level with fellow students, you will not get far in life. I guess the most obvious answer to your above displayed question is "or what", for neither you, nor your schedule are sweet at all.
Have a nice life, sad, jealous loser.
