How fat are you guys?

<p>Iā€™m 5ā€™5" and about 400 pounds. Really glad I lost all that weight last year, I feel much better now.</p>

<p>And all dem boyz lyk it.</p>

<p>I would have to lose about 50 pounds to get to a BMI of 20. </p>

<p>I have about 10 pounds of fat that I could lose before I start looking like a weirdly-shaped Auschwitz inmate. </p>

<p>I do not think that I could lose 40 pounds of muscle if I tried. I would have to allow my muscles to atrophy completely. Before I worked out, I weighed 190 pounds and didnā€™t have the extra fat. 170 is 20 short of what Iā€™d need for a BMI of 20. </p>

<p>A BMI from 18-20 isnā€™t ā€œperfectā€ for me, certainly. But it isnā€™t ā€œnatural,ā€ either. Not everyone is made to be a stick figure.</p>

<p>(At this point, with my jaw wired shut and not being able to exercise, Iā€™ll probably end up looking like an Auschwitz victim anyway. But hereā€™s hoping that protein shakes are calorie-intensive enough!)</p>

<p>Haha, you can always have soup! I remember this friend who had a particularly tough time adjusting to braces- his mom pureed chicken noodle soup for him.</p>

<p>Oh, come on. Protein shakes are a sweet soup of mysterious chemicals and protein. Same thing.</p>

<p>^ But they taste like milkshakes and I can have as many as I want. Also I can eat sorbet ground up with seltzer water. It is not so bad. But I am still losing likeā€¦ a pound a day. Not healthy.</p>

<p>I am a 5ā€™9, 105 pound female. so it is pretty obvious that I am not overweight.</p>

<p>I used to be as skinny as ^her^, but then I discovered CC, gained 200 pounds, and died lol-ing at this thread.</p>

<p>Seriously though, I once had to drink MuscleMilk to stay alive.
Now, I am 5"11 and 135 lbs.</p>

<p>This thread is making me hungry. I think Iā€™m gonna sit and read it some more as I eat an XL pizza from Papa Johnā€™s, lol :)</p>

<p>My recently released Fitness Gram results say Iā€™m literally in the middle of the healthy zone for BMI or whatever, but I think Iā€™m pretty chubby. My rolls get tan lines when I sit for a long time. Yum.</p>

<p>Itā€™s funny how when girls post their weight theyā€™re like, ā€œI weigh this much so Iā€™m not fatā€ or ā€œI weigh blah blah and I exercise everyday and donā€™t eat sweetsā€. It makes me chuckle.</p>
