How fat are you guys?

6’0, 170 Pounds. Very low BFI.

17.7 here.

Whoa, some of these BMI’s are wayyy way low.
Mine is like a 20.1-ish and I think it’s still a bit too low.

I think I may have used wording bias in my survey. I now have the impression that all people on CC are physically fit.

I am in great shape. I do p90x and today I mountain biked up and down total elevation change of 2400 feet in less than five miles.

I agree with OP, a lot of people said they want to loose weight. But y’alls BMIs are pretty low! Mine is 19.5… eh.

@michael p90x is such a waste of money. You don’t need some expensive program to see results.

Haha I think nerds are born with a high metabolism…otherwise I would be so freaking fat :P

Sent from my SGH-T959V using CC App

Haha who cares about the mile my 800 meter time is 2:06

800m is weak. 5k is for real men.

BMI 21 ain’t the slimmest Jim in the world ya know. But yes I mostly eat a lot when I’m stressed during hard test or finals week then make up with plenty of exercise and good diet otter times.

Ps I have a really slow metabolism. It sucks!! Really jealous of you fast metabolizers out there.

@dfree
No duh, stick to a workout + diet and you’ll get results. Hard part is sticking/developing your routine, and I heard P90X does that pretty well.

Also, you have to be pretty fit to do P90X in the first place.

@katamariforever

That’s true. I did p90x with my friend, who bought it, one day and it was pretty tough. I think that I could come up with a similar program by using information from the internet though.

My BMI is 27 but I have a lot of muscle; I work out six hours per week and I ride my bike twenty five miles every weekend. That’s one of the reasons I hate BMI, it is really deceiving. Most people would think I was huge.

@dfree124 I agree with you, that’s why I downloaded it for free.

Also, it’s easier for me to have someone telling me what exercises to do. It provides more variety than I would otherwise have and with the schedule it provided I end up doing significantly more total exercise than I would without it.

I’m 5’9" and 115 lbs. BMI: 17.0
I’m really skinny, but not very healthy. During our school’s yearly health thing, I couldn’t even run the mile; I walked most of the way. I would love to start exercising and eating healthier though. Maybe in college…

This is a picture of me. (I was actually on HSL when this was taken) Sorry the room’s such a mess.

Almost there- thats what I feel like during finals week lol. When I’m stressed out I eat… A lot.

I’m pretty thin. Like, 5’4 ish and 110 pounds. I don’t know what my BMI is, but I’m a size 0.

Not because I work out or am healthy or anything. Actually, I’m in terrible shape. High metabolism, I guess? :P
