5’6.5 ~120ish pounds. I dunno how much I weigh as of now, seeing that we don’t have a scale at home. I have really unhealthy eating habits…I eat chocolate/other junk for a bit and then feel guilty and work out to make up for it.

Just a question, can you guys tell if you’ve lost weight or not? I was staying with my dad for 2 weeks while my mom visited India and she says I look as though lost weight but I honestly can’t tell.

6ft. 2"
175 lbs.
I eat potato chips and study for the SAT so much that I don’t have time to eat enough real food, therefore causing me to be underweight. Bleh.

Well since you’re likely looking at yourself ever day, all the changes will be gradual. If only your Mom comments on it, she may just want you to eat more. If many people comment that you lost weight, then you probably lost some weight.

I wouldn’t consider that underweight. I’m 6ft 126 pounds and that is still considered healthy for my age(albeit at the lower end). I’d recommend using a BMI calculator that computes for your age, not only is it more accurate, but it also lists whether your BMI is healthy for someone your age.

I know that I’m not considered underweight, but IMO I should be bigger. I had another 10 pounds over summer, when I was lifting and taking protein supplements, but during college season I just have been sitting in front of my computer researching and have ceased ingestion of gainer. I’ll try to pick it back up in a few months to get prepared for the college babes ;)

6’ 4"
~200 pounds, 195 on a good day
Bmi just below overweight, last fine I checked was 24.2 or something
8 minute mile, but I’m not a runner, I’m a sprint swimmer!
28 second 50 (swimming)

I’ve always been on the low end of the “healthy bmi,” although bmi pretty much means nothing. Even when I could run a 400 in the low 50s, I weighed around 125 (I’m 5’8). I actually lost weight when I stopped working out because of a knee injury.

I’m a 6’2" male who is extremely thin and scrawny in the upper body(you can clearly see my ribcage), but does have some abs. I have huge leg muscles and very long legs, conditioned through cross country. I’m about 160 lbs.

i used to be really fit when i did track but since i had to stop doing it so save my grades junior year, i kinda gained some weight, im not gunna put it up right now cuz its really bad but school has been stressful and when im stressed and need something to focus, i eat. so im gunna really work on losing weight and getting fit again as my new years resolution

does anyone feel like they may have gained unnecessary weight through school stress?
and i have a terrible metabolism…

I’m about 6 feet tall, 155 lbs…
I’m a swimmer, so I’m in pretty good shape – 25s 50free, 55s 100free, 1:11 100breast, 2:22 200IM, ect.
Also I’ve swam 4 miles before and done 1 mile in under 30 minutes.

Well that felt likes lot of bragging, but anyway… Yeah, I consider myself to be in pretty good shape
