How hard is it and can I get into Purdue?

I'm an international student from Taiwan, but I'm currently a rising senior in a high school located in Texas.
First of all, is it possible to major in AAE and take the professional flight training program at the same time?
How hard is it to get into PFTP?
Do they base the admission into that program on the scores in the fall, or the scores in high school?
Moreover, I currently have Reading570; Math800; Writing590 from the SAT I took last October, and I'm planning to take it this coming October again. My academics in school is decent but not great. Since my school doesnt rank/calculate GPA, I'll estimate that I have a UW3.5 and a W4.2. I dont really have any notable leadership/clubs. My sports are JV basketball, Varsity Tennis, and Varsity Cross Country. Adding to that, I took chem, physics, and Math II SAT II few weeks ago and I'm waiting for the results.
Considering everything above, what's my chance in getting into Purdue AAE if I apply during August~October(which kills my chance in showing my grades in the coming fall semester)?
Will it be better if I apply around Nov., Dec. with my senior fall grades?
According to Purdue's website, applying early has its advantage, is it true?
Thanks and I cant wait for answers!! :D

Applying to Purdue before October 15 will allow you to be considered for all their merit scholarships.

Actually, I believe the deadline is November 1st at purdue not October 15th to be considered for merit aid
