How hard is it to get in to the school of Liberal Arts?

<p>I was top 17% (3.5 GPA) with SAT 1850 and ACT 28, also I'm a Hispanic National Merit Scholar. Can I get in or is it still out of reach because of my GPA/class rank?</p>
