How hard is it to get into Tepper/ chance me for Tepper?

I know Tepper is considered very good and has high rankings, but it seems like not that many people want to go to Tepper on CC? How hard is it to get into tepper? Also if someone could chance me that would be great!

-Doing a college level Internship at a tech company(bazaarvoice) in their sales department
-mentor of a lego robotics team that made it to internationals and were finalists for the global innovation award 2014 FLL world class
-Director of Haptic vision app platform (app that helps visually impaired kids with learning on ipads)
-tutoring kids at my local middle school for mathcounts (I used to do mathcounts as well and was on the school team for that middle school, but that was in 8th grade and I’m not sure that applies)
-also tutor my neighbors with math help

You have a good shot. I think CMU has EDII? You will have even a better chance if you pursue that option.

CMU has two admission plans: ED and RD. For ED you can only apply to one college. RD allows you to apply to up to three. Tepper requires two SAT subject tests and highly recommends that one be a science.

OP, you look like you are doing everything right with your stats (see the link below). If you are a junior now you will need to make sure you finish the year strong w/r/t GPA in order to maximize your chances for admission. Also, just make sure to check the admissions criteria in August or so when the new admissions season rolls around so that you are familiar with the essay prompts (they might change from year to year) and stats (those will update to current numbers once this admissions season is passed). It wouldn’t hurt to pay a visit either as CMU does track demonstrated interest.

Tepper is an excellent b-school (we know someone there). High quantitative and rigorous with great placement stats. Good luck to you!
