How hard is it to major in Biology?

Hello,

I am an incoming freshman to Texas A&M University - College Station. Since I am planning to major in biology, I was curious to know how difficult the major is to complete. Either it be in TAMU, or any other university.

Another concern of mine involves which major to go with. My ultimate goal is to become a veterinarian, should I follow through and major in Biology? Or should I attempt Biomedical Sciences?

Actually you choose major in Animal Science, science option. You have to be very strong in chemistry (have you taken AP chem? If not, familiarize yourself with the content through Khan academy).
