How hard is it to transfer to Penn State University Park?

<p>I am currently a freshman at the Naval Academy and have decided that I do not wish to pursue a career in the military. My first option would be to go to Penn State University Park but I am not sure of how difficult it would be to transfer.</p>

<p>–High school and college transcripts are required to complete a transfer application. SAT or ACT scores are not required if you have completed more than one semester of full-time college coursework after your high school graduation.</p>

<p>If you want out of the Naval Academy, you could consider attending your local community college for one year and then attempt to transfer to Penn State. This will give help you satisfy the “two years of full-time college coursework” required by them to be considered for transfer admissions.</p>
