I am out of state and was directly admitted to Kelley at Iub.I did well in high school and had a great act score. With all the scholarships I got, it is a free ride, and I couldn't be more excited about it. However, I have to maintain above a 3.0 for all my scholarships, which leads me to the question: How hard is Kelley and what classes should I take for marketing? I have always had good grades, but being in a top business school has me a little bit intimidated specially since I have requirements to meet.

A direct admit should not have any problem maintaining a 3.0.

That’s amazing you got tutition covered! Can you let me know which scholarships you got? I’m going to be in Kelley this falls but i’m stuck paying 35k a year.

i’m oos and I got the 9000 at first, then the Hudson and Holland and Fry Scholarship took care of the rest of my tuition as well as room and board and meal card.

You’ll be taking the same classes as other business students. Your classes will look exactly the same until after icore your junior year.

OMG! I’m in the same boat as you IUBBUS! I’m OOS, got the IU Distinction, the hudson and holland and the fry scholarship! Are you staying in the Kelley LLC and where are you from, I’m from Georgia!

I am staying in the KLLC. I’m from Louisiana haha

For Hudson Holland, be sure to keep your gpa above 3.7. It is worth $1,000 each semester Fall and Spring semester that you do it, in other words, six thousand from your sophomore thru senior years. Also, it takes a 3.0 minimum gpa to have the $1,000 Kelley/Hudson Holland award renewed annually.
