How hard to transfer into Penn

<p>How hard is it to transfer into Penn for Econ. Im from Rutgers with about a 3.5 after my first year. Realistically it can go up to 3.6 by the time I apply. Is it worth applying or Is my college gpa too low ?</p>

<p>Do you have any ECs? Your essay and recs from professors are also important so I think it’s worth a shot. I want to go to Upenn also. Good luck! :)</p>

<p>realistically you have a very low shot…however if its not too much effort then just apply.</p>
