how important are IB scores?

I just found out that I’ll have to submit IB expected scores to McGill and I expect to be on the low end of their requirements, however I also submitted ACT and SAT and are well above their requirements for both of those. My GPA is also at an A- where they require a B+.

How important are IB scores in admissions?

I thought it was strange that there were such discrepancies between different tests (IMO a 27 on ACT is much easier to get than a 35 on IB)

tbh if you’re an international student IB is a whole lot important along with your GPAs, I guess- I’ve heard they won’t even look at SAT grades as those are the requirements for American HS students (I’ve submitted them anyway tho)

I’m on the low end as well. Fingers crossed.
