Do econ majors have decent job outlooks after graduation?

To tell you the truth, it really depends. Basically everyone and their mother’s are majoring in economics, so you can’t expect to get a job without putting forth an extra effort. Also it depends on what type of industry you are looking to join with a degree in econ.

I’m currently a Business Management Economics major and I’ve gotten a few great internships, but I’m also involved in several ECs. I’ve seen a LOT of people who haven’t gotten a job after graduating (with an econ/bus econ degree), so it really depends on you. If you plan on majoring in BME and go the accounting route, you will have a very high chance of getting a job.
