<p>How is the math department at AU?
Is it good?
And the eco department seems great,right?</p>
<p>eco, very good. math, not sure. see what the students say. most kids at AU take required math, but see if some serious AU math students will answer you.</p>
<p>I don't think the Math department is that bad. I have had only one real terrible experience with an adjunct Stats professor, but that can be avoided. I believe the professors here are very open and dedicated to making sure students stick with Math and therefore are better professors overall. The only downside to studying Math at AU is that few other students do it and finding the right classes/times can be quite difficult.</p>

So is it worth going to AU?
Are there many people going to top grad schools after graduation from AU?</p>
