UC schools still haven’t released their 2015 freshman profile either O_O
only two people from my school are going to UCI lol
sooo someone should totally call and find out what’s going on aha
I know for sure that UCLA is still releasing waitlist admissions. My friend just found out this morning. So hopefully, there’s hope for us!

@waitlisted1234 well I feel like they would be more likely to call or get info out of someone at uci who would know. We dont have counsellors at my school so I can’t ask

So people are getting off the waitlist at other uc schools. Could that possibly affect the waitlist decision for us?
She replied with a sassy tone “I don’t know”
And It was like quiet because I didn’t know how to respond
So I was like I was thinking people that SIR’d to UCI, if they get accepted off the waitlist at other schools, then it could possibly affect our decision at uci"
And she responded with “even if it does, it’s probably a small change. We still have no idea yet”
I tried to lighten the mood and I was like -"laughs- oh okay I was just wondering. Thank you so much. "
Then we hung up yeah
she was kind of hostile when she replied “I don’t know”
It made me feel kind of upset
But I know she probably get’s asked that a lot so yeah
well i guess this is it guys… lol bummed but it’s life!

@college101bound @mainecoons14 well ucsb, ucr and UCSC have not released their decisions either. I have a heard time believing that all 4 of these schools (including uci) will not accept anyone. Maybe one school won’t accept anyone but we just have to wait and see. Historically yeah, uci has rejected late and accepted early. However this year is honestly different I think. Who knows though. Maybe im wrong.
@waitlisted1234 Thats the what I think to! How could Berkeley and LA and SD have spots yet UCI doesn’t?! You know. But hey, thank you so much for calling it means a lot.

I call all the time and they are always rude. Probably for that same reason, everyone probably always calls and they’re annoyed but I mean how do they think we feel? Last time they told me I would find out on May 15, they say something different every time I call
