<p>Does anybody know how long it takes for a school to recieved a filed FAFSA? I've got a deadline on the 15th of this month, and I filed on the 2nd... and I'm getting a bit panicky about the status of my FAFSA ("not recieved") on my ED2's finan. aid site.</p>

<p>I believe you meet the deadline for filing FAFSA when you push the "submit" button on or before the deadline. The SAR is available to the schools within a few days.</p>
<p>If you filed on the 2nd, your SAR is probably already available to you (and the schools) online. Check back at the FAFSA site.</p>
<p>Well, I got my SAR, but it didn't have any financial information yet. I think that's probably what he's asking.</p>

<p>Yeah, I got my SAR... but the school website says it hasn't recieved my FAFSA. Maybe they're slow in updating...? Still, it's got me a bit nervous.</p>
