If I apply to good universities (top 30 - top 50 for their subject) that do not require the SAT Subject Tests (and I have not given the Subject Tests), how many chances do I have? If I had good extracurriculars and school grades, would I have a decent chance of getting in? (International applicant here)

If the schools do not require subject tests then you do not need them. Your chances do not change if you take them.

I disagree somewhat with the previous post; there are some schools that don’t ostensibly require the subject tests, but if they are competitive, having good scores in some subject tests (and reporting them) will certainly place you above someone who doesn’t have any. On a comparative level then, chances do decrease (assuming there are some applicants that have them).
