<p>I'm going to a CCC... We also have an 18 unit max, which seems to be about the average at most places. I had to go through a petition process (twice actually sinec I've gone over 18 units twice) which was rather time consuming and annoying in order to be allowed to take more then 18 units.</p>
<p>All of you folks at CCCs... how many units can you take up to in the summer? I know that in the Winter session they only allow 7 max, so I was just wondering if it would be the same or what.</p>
<p>I believe they don't allow more then 12, but I could be wrong.</p>

<p>noni, at my cc 8 is max. But i like to chill over the summer anyways, so i usually take 1-2 classes.</p>
<p>noni... my CC allows 19 units over the summer, the same maximum units as any other semester. Although, we don't have a winter session so that may be the reason why.</p>
<p>Wooowww! Taking 20 or more quarter / semester credits seems like a norm here. And I thought I had been working hard enough... Anyway, my classes are (I'm in a quarter system BTW):</p>
