How many units are you guys taking in the winter or spring semester and do you consider you course load to be rigorous?

I have a balanced schedule so far and it looks like this:

General Biology 1 with lab 4 units
General Chemistry 1 with lab 5 units
Speech Communications 3 units
Macroeconomics 3 units
History of Popular Music 3 units
History of the United States 3 units

It equals 21 units but I'm still not sure if I should switch my macroeconomics with a history or a sociology class.

Wow, 21 credits is a LOT. You can’t even take that many at my school without paying extra money. The max here is 18. I’ll be taking 17, not too excited…

My schedule is:

Second Semester Norwegian (4 credits)
Statistics for Psychology (3 credits)
Psychology of Human Sexuality (4 credits)
Nutrition Today (3 credits)
Intro to LGBT Studies (3 credits)

Pretty balanced in my opinion, gets a lot of requirements filled and is still pretty interesting. I’m excited, though it’s going to be a lot of work.

RoxSox you have a pretty good schedule 2. I’m not too worried about taking 21 units because I am taking 20 right now and breezing through the classes. I will most likely get a 3.83 this semester because I am most likely going to get a B in English 1 grrrr!

At Univ. of Memphis im only taking fifteen,
but the art classes here are insane and i ahve to take two a semester,
and im taking junior japanese classes my freshman year, even more work.
And i work, so that makes just taking 15 a little more understandable
