How many hours of sleep do you CCers get ever day?

This is just an innocent survey LOL. I'm currently a junior in HS. Between my 3 AP Classes, college search, college preparation, SAT prep, I barely have time for anything else. Nowadays I go to bed at 12 and wake up at 6, so that's six hours of sleep. I see a lot of you guys on here whose schedules consist of 5+ AP Classes, SAT prep for 1+ every day, sports, and extracurricular activities, in other words, a lot more work than my schedule is (granted I get home at 6 everyday and work 10 hrs a week)...how do you guys do that??? how much sleep do you get?

Around 4 hours during the week. 8 or 10 hours on weekends.
I have seven AP’s but three of them are next semester. I just study for the SAT when I can. It’s really not such a difficult test that anyone needs to study an hour a day for it unless it’s like the week before the test or something.
I have four main EC’s that I do. I don’t find them extremely time consuming.

6 hours during the week, 8 hours on weekends, and I feel sleepy most of the time. I wonder how awful is my sleep pattern going to be in college if it’s like that even in high school.

Anywhere from 4-7 or so weekdays, 8-11 weekends.

Weekdays: 5-7
Weekends-10-12

Weekdays: 6-8
Weekends: 9-14
Finals Week: 4-6

Sometimes I just spend almost my entire Saturday sleeping…

Weekdays: 4-7
Weekends: 8-12

I have the worst sleep pattern in the world, I never go to bed at the same time…

Weekdays: 4-6 hours
Weekends: 9-12 hours

Weekdays: 4-5
Weekends: 7-8

Weekdays: 6-8
Weekends: 10-14

At times, I will sleep 16 hours depending on how bad the week before was.

weekdays: 5.5-7.5 (usually I’m not even doing work I am just not tired before 10 pm, and my bus comes at 6am…)
weekends: 7-10

I take 5 AP classes and play sports year round, but don’t have a job.

probably 30 mins

Weekdays: 4-6
Weekends: 11-15

Weekdays: 5 hours
Weekends: 8-12 hours

Weekdays: 4-7 hours. 7 is an extremely valuable rarity. I’ve been a lot closer to 4 & 5 lately with my ridiculous senior year schedule. :frowning: I always feel sleepy, ugh.

Weekends: 8-12 hours. Frequently a bit more though, especially on those Fridays when I come home, crash, wake up again for a few hours, and then sleep for like 12 hours straight. I take advantage of weekends.

Weekday: 5-8
Weekend: 12 = or >

4-6 hours - week

10 hours - weekend

its not really because of the work but that i got used to this pattern.

Freshman Year- 8 on weekdays, 9 on weekends
Sophomore Year- 8 weekdays, 9 weekends
Junior Year- 5 weekdays, 10 weekends
Senior Year before being accepted to college- 3-4 Hours weekdays, 10-11 Weekends
Senior Year after being admitted to college- 8 Hours Weekdays, 10-11 Weekends

6 hours on weekdays
12 hours on weekends
i like it like that and so does my body’s circadian rhythm.

4-7 hours. I’ve pulled a few all-nighters, but now that I’m a 2nd semester senior hopefully things will be a little easier. :)
