<p>I go to a big, inner-city public school in one of the worst neighborhoods in my city. I feel ghetto compared to all of you. (I’m serious; multiple people have been shot at or near my school during my tenure. It’s actually really messed up.)</p>
<p>Prep school. I’ve never been to public school (not my decision) but my dad went to all public schools and he went to Stanford and Harvard.</p>

<p>I attend a day prep school</p>
<p>I am going to an Arts school (its a charter), and I think of it as my ticket to the big leagues. I am an “academic powerhouse”, and I’m kinda the big fish here. My “art” is really just piano now, because of all the academic electives that I am taking. My school doesn’t offer any AP’s, but we do have about 10 dual enrollment courses. I am just completely maxing out the courses this school offers, and am still getting a really good education.
A quick example…I competed in a math competition against a school ranked 14th in the U.S., and I powned most of their team.
