<p>Well, it's better to be deferred than to be applying RD, but it sure feels like it's impossible to get into a round with an 8% rate if you got deferred from the 27% one.</p>

<p>Although it is admittedly selfish, I still like the idea. The college admission process is already riddled with unfairness :P Plus, most of us EDers would be very very happy.</p>
<p>Can you imagine how high a school's rank would go up that year if they just decided to do that? What if they didn't tell anyone and just did it?</p>
