<p>hehe... my college counselor is the english teacher as well but instead of sending two recs.. she said she'd merge them!!</p>

<p>still i'm sending two more recs from other teachers just to be sure..</p>

<p>wait let me check... 2 recommendations? my counsellor's sending in the sec sch and mid yr report.. and i've got another teacher to send my teacher's reco.. that's the only forms inside the application booklet... i still need one more teacher's reco?</p>

<p>If you look at the front page of the application booklet, it says:</p>

<p>"Your school [college counselor] must attach a recommendation letter to Form 2 and detail your overall academic and extracurricular performance in your school."</p>

<p>"Give Form 3 (Teacher or Faculty Evaluation) to a teacher or faculty member from whom you have taken a course during the past two years and request that the form be reurned directly to our office. Please feel free to photocopy the recommendation Form 3 and send two teacher or faculty evaluations."</p>

<p>"Please feel free to photocopy" so it's kindof advisable to do so...?!</p>

<p>abit long.. but i found this under the online check list. I gave one teacher form 3B, and another teacher who's also writing the mid yr school report, sec sch report and form 3A... is that sufficient? or, am I supposed to print form 3B twice?

You must also provide ONLINE the name of the teacher you will be asking to provide the recommendation if you complete Part 1 of the application online. Your recommender has the option of submitting the recommendation online or on paper. The Recommendation 1 Form can be found by clicking on the 'Downloadable Forms' link.</p>
