<p>Perhaps you could try writing an essay about it? It’ll stand out if you do it well, but remember to use good grammar and so forth.</p>

<p>you not only are a dedicated athlete, but you also excel in the classroom.</p>

<p>if your athletic skill set is at college level, the Ivys may open up.</p>

<p>It doesn’t matter much. All it says is that you did well in your sport and got good grades. The colleges to which you’re applying will already know that.</p>
