How much does the final grade of 11th grade matter?

I am a CBSE student and my grades for so far are - 9th grade : 9.6
10th grade : 10
And the Overall Percentage(for all 5 subjects) in 11th grade : 88.78 %
Can my 11th grade percentage have a significant negative impact on my application to a US university?

Final grades of 11th grade matter quite a bit. Almost all the universities I applied to required 11th grade marks (except UIUC).
88.78% is really good. Most US universities don’t specify what grades in CBSE are good, but I think the university of California system mentioned above 80% is considered excellent and when I wrote to Georgia Tech, they mentioned above 80 was good.
