<p>email first then phone, writing would take too long.</p>
<p>this for anyone that needs to know how to contact the financial aid office to request changes about their financial aid packages.</p>
<p>send an email, either you or your parents, explaining your situation, what else you need in terms of money, and any extraneous factors not indicated by forms etc.
