slightly messed up math grade. just wondering if anyone knows would withdraw of acceptance actually happen and how much of a decrease that is or berkeley. it would be even better if anyone knows the number in the case of ib.
You would have to go under a 3.0 unweighted for one of your semesters for you to start getting into trouble. That does include any CC courses that you might be taking. Also nothing lower than a C.
Also I’ve heard of 2 Cs in a semester is cause for rescinding for UCLA, so I’d imagine that would be the same for Berkeley as well. Not completely sure on this one though.
For UCLA, 2 C’s for Senior year would require notifying admissions but not necessarily being rescinded. Like @ProfessorPlum168 stated, as long as you are at a 3.0 unweighted GPA throughout your Senior year, you are fine. Just make sure no D’s or F’s.
@Gumbymom @ProfessorPlum168 since every school converts ib scores to letters grade differently, do you have any idea of the equivalent grade of C,D, and F for hl and sl of ib?
@M1koto: I cannot answer your question. I would contact UCB directly.
@Gumbymom yes please, thank you
